Development terms

These terms describe the invited development version of Pubzo, operated by The Help.

Last updated: 26 October 2026.

Development access

Access is for invited testing of the publishing workspace. Features may change, become unavailable or require platform approval. Do not rely on the prototype for business-critical publication or an exact release time.

Use only accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Keep your platform credentials and local workspace access secure. Do not attempt to access another tester's workspace or bypass platform restrictions.

Your content and permissions

Only provide videos, text and other material you have the right to use and publish. You remain responsible for the content, audience choices and permissions you select. Do not use the service to infringe another person's rights, impersonate someone, or breach the connected platform's rules.

Pubzo processes content and account information to provide the actions you request. Read the privacy policy for the development data-handling details.

Reviewing an action

Connecting an account and publishing content are different actions. Review the destination, video, caption, visibility and timing before confirming a publication or schedule. Confirmed development actions can create real content on a connected platform.

A scheduled action requires the relevant services to remain available. Receipt of an upload is not a guarantee that processing has finished or that the content is visible to an audience. Check the recorded result and the platform itself when needed.

YouTube, Instagram and TikTok apply their own terms, permissions, availability and limits. TikTok posting is not enabled in the current development service. Do not use a test configuration to bypass a platform's restrictions.

If an outcome is uncertain, check the existing attempt before starting another. An automatic retry of a new post could create a duplicate.

Stopping development testing

You can stop using the workspace and disconnect locally. Remove the app's permissions in the provider's account settings if you also want to revoke remote access. Existing posts are not deleted by local disconnection.

Contact The Help to ask about access or request removal of development data. These development terms will be updated before any materially different public or paid service is offered.
